Using the zip file

Extract usrti.sys from .zip. We recommend that you extract usrti.sys to the installation directory of the program that is requesting usrti.sys.

Reboot your computer.

Type CMD and press Enter (or if you use Windows ME, type COMMAND)).
Type regsvr32 usrti.sys and press Enter.
