Using the zip file
Download Autoip.sys ·

Extract Autoip.sys from .zip. We recommend that you extract Autoip.sys to the installation directory of the program that is requesting Autoip.sys.

Type CMD and press Enter (or if you use Windows ME, type COMMAND)).
Type regsvr32 Autoip.sys and press Enter.
