Using the zip file

Extract Cg.sys from .zip. We recommend that you extract Cg.sys to the installation directory of the program that is requesting Cg.sys.

Reboot your computer.

Type CMD and press Enter (or if you use Windows ME, type COMMAND)).
Type regsvr32 Cg.sys and press Enter.
