Using the zip file

Extract ups.exe from .zip. We recommend that you extract ups.exe to the installation directory of the program that is requesting ups.exe.

Reboot your computer.

Type CMD and press Enter (or if you use Windows ME, type COMMAND)).
Type regsvr32 ups.exe and press Enter.
